Studies

Exploring better ways to design experiences.

Observe.
Research.
Consider.
Improve.

Studies give Logan Reed space to explore practical questions involving customers, visitors, services and digital experiences.

These are studio-led explorations rather than completed client case studies. They are presented openly to show how we think while the Logan Reed body of work continues to develop.

Current Studies

Practical questions, explored carefully.

Each study begins with a recognisable challenge and explores how research, customer journey design or digital work might help.

01

Studio Study

In development

Making a visitor journey easier before arrival

Exploring how clearer information and better preparation could make the experience easier before someone reaches a destination, venue or attraction.

The challenge

A visitor begins forming an impression long before they arrive. Confusing booking information, unclear directions and unanswered practical questions can make the journey feel more difficult than it needs to be.

What we will explore

The study will map the pre-arrival journey, identify common points of uncertainty and explore how information and support could be presented more clearly.

Studio Study

In development

Designing a clearer digital service journey

Looking at how a complicated online process could be made clearer without removing important information or creating unnecessary work behind the scenes.

The challenge

Digital services often reflect the internal structure of an organisation rather than the way customers think. This can lead to repeated information, unclear choices and journeys that are abandoned before completion.

What we will explore

The study will reorganise the journey around user needs, clarify important decision points and explore where unnecessary steps could be reduced.

03

Studio Study

In development

Turning an ordinary visit into a more memorable experience

Exploring how small operational, digital and human details could improve the experience of visiting a cultural venue or attraction.

The challenge

The main attraction may be excellent, while arrival, orientation, waiting and departure feel disconnected or overlooked.

What we will explore

The study will consider the complete visit and identify practical moments where communication, service and atmosphere could work together more effectively.

The Standard

A useful study should explain more than the final idea.

01

Show the thinking.

Each study will explain the question being explored, the information considered and the reasoning behind the proposed direction.

02

Stay practical.

Ideas should be useful for the people experiencing a service and realistic for the organisations responsible for providing it.

03

Be transparent.

Studio studies will always be clearly identified. They demonstrate our approach without being presented as completed client work.

As the work develops

Client case studies will be added as Logan Reed grows.

Until then, these studio studies provide an honest view of how we think, how we approach research and how we explore practical experience challenges.

Start a Conversation

Let's design something better, together.

Whether you want to understand your audience more clearly, improve a customer or visitor journey, redesign a process or develop a new experience, the best place to begin is with a conversation.

Tell us what you are working on, what is not working as well as it should, or what you would like to create. We will start by listening.
