Research helps us understand what is happening now. Customer journey design helps identify where an experience could be clearer or easier. Digital design and management helps turn those ideas into useful, well-supported online experiences.

Logan Reed was founded by Matt Reed as a place to bring together research, creative thinking and practical digital work.
The studio takes its name from his mother's family name. It reflects a personal approach to the work, with an emphasis on asking useful questions, understanding people and making thoughtful improvements.
